Enchiladas Seasoning Spice Blend


Enchilada Seasoning corn flour, chili pepper, salt, onion, corn starch, cumin, garlic, coriander. Use mix 8 tsp seasoning to 8 oz tomato sauce, 1-1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes. Set sauce aside. Add ½ cup sauce to browned hamburger. Use remaining on enchiladas before baking.
